ERIN RILEY, DPT
Erin joined SSI in May 2012 after living away from the upstate since 2005. She was born and raised in Greer and is excited to be working back at home.
Erin graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Exercise Science and an emphasis in motor development. While at Carolina, she worked in a perceptual motor development lab providing her with experience in movement analysis in the pediatric population.
Erin graduated from Emory University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. While in school in Atlanta, she conducted research on stretching the foot and ankle in patients with overuse injuries. Her research was presented at the 2013 APTA Combined Sections Meeting as an orthopedic platform.
Erin treats all orthopedic conditions but specializes in extremities, sports rehabilitation and dry needling. Since graduating in 2012, Erin has become SFMA and dry needling certified.
Erin is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, SCAPTA and the orthopedic section of the APTA. Erin resides in Greer with her husband Thomas and dog Reese. She enjoys watching Carolina football, going to the lake and spending time with her family.
