Your wellness coach will implement a fitness program according to your lifestyle, availability, and personal needs to help make your time at SSI as productive as possible.

Don’t trust “just anyone” with your fitness. Trust SSI’s professionally educated and certified Wellness Coaches.

We offer many monthly options for personal training.  You can choose to come 2 or 3 days per week for either 1/2 hour or 1 hour sessions.  Personal training is also available to non-members!
