SSI’s Fit Kids is an 8-week program designed to teach children the importance of healthy living and develop healthy habits early in life.  Fit Kids combines accountability, nutrition, education and exercise in a fun and adventurous style.

Fit Kids is an on-going program that can be started at any time. Upon enrollment, an initial consultation will be scheduled with the child and parent.  This session will include: baseline bio-metrics, lifestyle discussions, eating habits, goal setting and much more.

The group will meet twice a week.  The first weekly session will include food journal review, discussion on food choices and group exercise. Parents will then be asked to participate for the last 30 minutes to learn with their children healthy habits that can be carried over at home.

The second weekly session will include guest speakers, group exercise, motor skill development and movement concepts that will aid in injury prevention, increase athleticism and promote a healthy lifestyle.

FIT KIDS Ages:  6 - 12    

FIT KIDS Times: Tuesday 3:00 - 4:15pm (parents join the group at 3:45), Thursday 3:00 - 4:00pm
